Ghost Appeals ("we," "us," "our") is an independent appeal submission service. By accessing our website or placing an order, you ("the customer," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all policies listed below. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ghost Appeals and supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.
Ghost Appeals provides appeal drafting and submission services for banned, disabled, or restricted social media accounts on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Roblox, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook. We act as an independent intermediary and submit appeals through each platform's publicly available review channels.
We do not have any affiliation with, partnership with, or special access to any platform. We are not endorsed by, associated with, or authorised by any social media company. All decisions regarding account reinstatement are made solely and exclusively by the respective platform.
Ghost Appeals makes no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, or timeframe. The sole decision to restore, reinstate, or take any action on an account rests entirely with the relevant platform. By placing an order you explicitly acknowledge and accept that:

— Success rates published on our website are historical averages and do not constitute a promise or warranty of future results.
— Outcomes may vary based on the nature of the violation, the platform's internal policies, and factors outside our control.
— Ghost Appeals bears no liability for any unsuccessful appeal outcome.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or older. You also confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account for which the appeal is being submitted, or that you have explicit authorisation from the account owner to act on their behalf.
Ghost Appeals reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when placing an order. Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to fake wallet addresses, incorrect usernames, or fabricated ban reasons — constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in immediate cancellation of your order, forfeiture of any payment made, and a permanent ban from our service with no right to appeal.
Ghost Appeals is not liable for any failed appeal resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All payments are accepted exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC) or Solana (SOL). Prices are displayed in USD and converted to cryptocurrency at the live market rate at the time of checkout. By submitting a payment you accept the exchange rate displayed at that time.
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. Ghost Appeals is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, sent in an incorrect amount, or sent after an order has been cancelled. Always verify the wallet address before sending any payment.
Orders are not processed until payment has been verified on the blockchain by our team. Submitting an order does not guarantee processing — payment verification is required.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an appeal has been submitted to the platform. By placing an order and completing payment you agree to this no-refund policy.
The only exception is as follows: if Ghost Appeals fails to submit your appeal within 48 hours of confirmed payment verification and has provided no communication or update during that period, you may submit a refund request via our Support page with your Order ID and proof of payment. Refund requests submitted outside this condition will not be considered.
Refunds are not issued for unsuccessful appeal outcomes. The platform's decision is beyond our control and does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Ghost Appeals collects only the minimum information necessary to process your appeal: your email address, social media username, platform name, and a description of the ban or restriction. This information is used solely to submit your appeal and communicate order updates to you.
We do not sell, trade, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except where required by law. We do not collect or store passwords, payment card details, or government-issued identification. All payments are made in cryptocurrency, which means no financial data is collected or stored by us.
Your data is stored securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil your order and comply with any applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the Support page.
You agree not to use Ghost Appeals for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: submitting appeals for accounts you do not own or are not authorised to represent; attempting to defraud the service through fake payment submissions; using our service to facilitate harassment, abuse, or illegal activity; and attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise interfere with our platform.
Violations of this section may result in permanent banning from our service and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ghost Appeals and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: permanent loss of account access; loss of followers, subscribers, content, or data; reputational damage; loss of income or business opportunity; or any platform action taken as a result of an appeal submission.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
All content on the Ghost Appeals website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Ghost Appeals and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
Ghost Appeals reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Ghost Appeals makes no representations that our services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions.
